obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette in 2003. In 2006, she obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law degree and her Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.

Ms. Smith is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana and all Louisiana state courts. Her professional memberships include the John M. Duhe, Jr. American Inn of Court, St. Landry Parish Bar Association, Lafayette Parish Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association as well as the Lafayette Young Lawyers Association.

Ms. Smith's practice includes the defense of commercial and general liability, automobile liability, and civil litigation.
