KATHLEEN W. WILL obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Louisiana State University in 1981. In 1984, she obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University.

For 21 years, Ms. Will was house counsel for a major insurance company in the New Orleans area. Ms. Will's litigation practice was concentrated in the areas of workers' compensation, personal and business auto liability and premises liability.

Ms. Will has extensive first-chair trial and appellate experience and is regularly involved in mediations. She has obtained a high percentage of favorable decisions for her clients.

Ms. Will is a member of the Lafayette Parish Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association. and Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. Ms. Will has been a guest lecturer at workers' compensation seminars for the insurance industry. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana; and all Louisiana state courts.

Her areas of practice include the defense of workers' compensation, automobile/trucking liability, general liability and premises liability.
