RICHARD R. MONTGOMERY

obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 1988 from Louisiana State University.  In 1991, he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University. 

Mr. Montgomery is a member of the Lafayette Parish and Louisiana State Bar Associations, as well as the American Inn of Court of Acadiana.  He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana; and all Louisiana State courts. 

Mr. Montgomery's areas of practice include the defense of commercial and general liability, construction litigation, contracts, municipal and governmental entity liability, automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, as well as general litigation.
