		CLIENT SERVICES Briney & Foret's client services section works with the firm's clients to meet their needs. Emily DeSalvo, our Client Services Director, is available to answer requests, arrange presentations, or otherwise ensure that each client is provided with the needed services and information. PRESENTATIONS The lawyers at Briney & Foret are frequently called upon to make presentations at seminars given for lawyers and members of the claims industry. Many of our programs are accredited and allow participants to fulfill their state certification requirements. The attorneys at Briney & Foret also make legal presentations to civic organizations and provide lectures to students and teachers at the high school and university levels. TECHNOLOGY Briney & Foret is distinguished by its use of state-of-the-art technology. The firm?s advanced computer systems and communications facilities are used to disseminate information throughout the firm and to clients. This has proven to be especially effective in complex cases. Our presentations incorporate custom graphics, models, videos and other demonstrative aids, which are used in jury presentations and in continuing education programs. RESOURCES Briney & Foret routinely provides updates on legal developments important to our clients? interests through the publication of Briney & Foret?s newsletter, From the Bench. Briney & Foret is experienced in the use of mock trials in select cases and finds this feature of the practice gives our clients the advantage of learning which arguments may prove persuasive to a jury.
